Moreover, I will share some easy and important tips and tricks while preparing aloo sandwich at home. Firstly, in this post, I have shaped the sandwiches using a round mould, but you can cut them into any desired shape—square, triangle, or even small bite-sized pieces for quick servings. Secondly, don’t forget to garnish the sandwich edges with sev and a light spread of imli chutney, as it not only enhances the flavour but also makes it look visually appealing. Thirdly, this sandwich tastes amazing on its own, but you can also serve it with spicy green chutney, tomato ketchup, or any dip of your choice for an extra burst of flavour. Lastly, these sandwiches can be prepared in advance and lightly reheated on a tawa before serving to bring back their crispiness and freshness.
