Firstly, take 3 medium-sized boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them properly. Keep them aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadhai, add ½ tsp each dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder.
Add mashed potatoes and combine well. Keeping the flame low, cook for 2 minutes.
Add 1 tsp sambhar masala, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp imli chutney, and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
Add 1 chopped onion, 1 tsp green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, and ½ cup grated paneer.
Give it a good mix and turn off the flame. Stuffing is ready, keep aside.
Take 4 bread slices and cut them round using a mould.
Apply prepared stuffing on one slice and cover it with another slice. Similarly, prepare the other slices.
Heat 1 tbsp oil on a tawa and spread it. Place the bread sandwich over it.
Apply oil on top and flip. Roast both sides until golden brown. Remove it and prepare the other sandwich.
Cut them from the centre. Spread imli chutney on the rounded side and sprinkle nylon sev.
Finally, enjoy delicious aloo sandwich with tomato ketchup.
