How To Make Aloo Tuk With Step By Step Photo
- Firstly, take three properly washed potatoes and peel them nicely.

2. Now cut them into round slices to maintain their thickness.

3. Dry them properly with a cloth.

4. Heat oil in a pan for frying. Keeping the flame on medium, add chopped potato slices.

5. Fry from both sides until they get soft.

6. Transfer them to a plate and similarly fry the other ones.

7. Arrange them on a flat surface and gently press to reduce their thickness.

8. Again, fry them on medium flame. Roast both sides until golden brown and crisp.

9. Remove them from the oil and transfer to a bowl.

10. Now add 1 tsp dhaniya powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric, ⅓ tsp salt, ½ tsp jeera powder to a jar and mix well.

11. Sprinkle it over the potatoes and toss them properly.

12. Finally, enjoy delicious aloo tuk.
