Ingredients
  

  • 3 potatoes properly washed
  • oil for frying
  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • tsp salt
  • ½ tsp jeera powder

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take three properly washed potatoes and peel them nicely.
  • Now cut them into round slices to maintain their thickness.
  • Dry them properly with a cloth.
  • Heat oil in a pan for frying. Keeping the flame on medium, add chopped potato slices.
  • Fry from both sides until they get soft.
  • Transfer them to a plate and similarly fry the other ones.
  • Arrange them on a flat surface and gently press to reduce their thickness.
  • Again, fry them on medium flame. Roast both sides until golden brown and crisp.
  • Remove them from the oil and transfer to a bowl.
  • Now add 1 tsp dhaniya powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric, ⅓ tsp salt, ½ tsp jeera powder to a jar and mix well.
  • Sprinkle it over the potatoes and toss them properly.
  • Finally, enjoy delicious aloo tuk.
