2. Whisk everything well to make it lump-free and keep aside.
3. Heat 1 cup of milk in a pan, add the prepared mixture, and mix well.
4. Cook for 2-3 minutes and keep the flame at medium.
5. Stir continuously to avoid lumps and cook until it thickens.
6. After perfect consistency is formed, turn off the flame.
7. Immediately transfer it to a mould in which we want to set.
8. Tap 2-3 times to remove the bubbles and cool it at room temperature.
9. Refrigerate it for 5-6 hours or until it is completely set.
10. After refrigerating, demould it carefully.
