It doesn’t just wake you up — it comforts you, calms you, and sometimes even gives you that little nudge of inspiration. This mousse is everything you love about your morning brew, transformed into a velvety, creamy dessert that melts in your mouth.

One of the best things about this recipe is that it can be made in no time and also does not require any fancy ingredients that are not easily available. Just simply blend all the ingredients and then refrigerate them with the required time.

Moreover, I will share some easy and important tips and tricks while preparing coffee mousse at home. Firstly, in this post, I have shared and used paneer but you can use cream for a thick texture. For an easy and quick option, you can use any cream of your choice. Secondly, don’t forget to garnish it with pistachios or dry fruits to make it look appealing. Thirdly, the recipe requires strong coffee powder, so use strong coffee powder as mild coffee gets lost in the creaminess. Lastly, this coffee mousse can be easily stored in the fridge for 2–3 days. You can either freeze it for a firmer, ice-cream-like texture. It’s fantastic in summer!

How To Make Coffee Mousse With Step By Step Photo
- Firstly, in a bowl, add 1 tsp coffee powder and 3 tbsp lukewarm water.

2. Dissolve the coffee in water by mixing it properly and keep aside.

3. Take 200 grams of paneer and cut it into cubes.

4. Now take a mixer jar and add paneer cubes & instant coffee mix.

5. Also, add 2 tsp cocoa powder, 3-4 tbsp milk, and 2-3 tsp honey or any sweetener of your choice.

6. Blend everything well to make a smooth paste.

7. Transfer it to a container you want to set it in.

8. Refrigerate it overnight for a creamy and smooth mousse.

9. Finally, enjoy the coffee mousse by garnishing it with pistachios.
