Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp coffee powder
  • 3 tbsp water lukewarm
  • 200 grams paneer
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 3-4 tsp milk room temperature
  • 2-3 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, in a bowl, add 1 tsp coffee powder and 3 tbsp lukewarm water.
  • Dissolve the coffee in water by mixing it properly and keep aside.
  • Take 200 grams of paneer and cut it into cubes.
  • Now take a mixer jar and add paneer cubes & instant coffee mix.
  • Also, add 2 tsp cocoa powder, 3-4 tbsp milk, and 2-3 tsp honey or any sweetener of your choice.
  • Blend everything well to make a smooth paste.
  • Transfer it to a container you want to set it in.
  • Refrigerate it overnight for a creamy and smooth mousse.
  • Finally, enjoy the coffee mousse by garnishing it with pistachios.
