Firstly, in a bowl, add 1 tsp coffee powder and 3 tbsp lukewarm water.
Dissolve the coffee in water by mixing it properly and keep aside.
Take 200 grams of paneer and cut it into cubes.
Now take a mixer jar and add paneer cubes & instant coffee mix.
Also, add 2 tsp cocoa powder, 3-4 tbsp milk, and 2-3 tsp honey or any sweetener of your choice.
Blend everything well to make a smooth paste.
Transfer it to a container you want to set it in.
Refrigerate it overnight for a creamy and smooth mousse.
Finally, enjoy the coffee mousse by garnishing it with pistachios.
