- Firstly, in a bowl, add 1 cup maida, 1 tsp powdered sugar, ½ tsp salt, and mix well.

2. Add ½ cup curd, ½ tsp ENO, and combine everything well.

3. Add 1 tsp water or as required and knead well to form a soft dough.

4. Add 1 tbsp oil and knead again. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

5. Pour 1 cup water into a pan and add ½ cup sweet corn. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes.

6. After 2-3 minutes, remove from the hot water and transfer it to a bowl.

7. Take a bowl, add 1 cup mozzarella cheese, boiled sweet corn, 1 tsp chilli flakes, and 1 tsp oregano.

8. Mix everything well and keep aside.

9. In a bowl, add 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic.

10. Also, add 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp chilli flakes, and 2 tbsp chopped coriander. Mix and keep aside.

11. After 10 minutes, place the dough on a flat surface. Pour 1 tbsp oil and knead for 2-3 minutes.

12. Brush it with oil from the top and knead again. Finally, the soft dough is ready.

13. Sprinkle some maida and place the dough. Apply some maida on fingers and make it flat.

14. Apply half-prepared butter garlic mixture. Spread the cheese corn filling on half of the side.

15. Fold it nicely and press the edges using your fingers.

16. Place the baking paper on the baking tray and grease it. Transfer it to the tray.

17. Apply another half-prepared butter garlic mixture on top. Make cuts using a knife.

18. Place it in the preheated oven and bake it at 190 degrees celsius for 30 minutes.
