Ingredients
  

For Bread Dough

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 tsp sugar powdered
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup curd
  • ½ tsp eno
  • 1 tsp water
  • 4 tbsp oil for kneading

For Cheese Corn Filling

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sweet corn boiled
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano

For Butter Garlic Mixture

  • 2 tbsp butter room temperature
  • 2 tbsp garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp coriander chopped

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, in a bowl, add 1 cup maida, 1 tsp powdered sugar, ½ tsp salt, and mix well.
  • Add ½ cup curd, ½ tsp ENO, and combine everything well.
  • Add 1 tsp water or as required and knead well to form a soft dough.
  • Add 1 tbsp oil and knead again. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Pour 1 cup water into a pan and add ½ cup sweet corn. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
  • After 2-3 minutes, remove from the hot water and transfer it to a bowl.
  • Take a bowl, add 1 cup mozzarella cheese, boiled sweet corn, 1 tsp chilli flakes, and 1 tsp oregano.
  • Mix everything well and keep aside.
  • In a bowl, add 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic.
  • Also, add 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp chilli flakes, and 2 tbsp chopped coriander. Mix and keep aside.
  • After 10 minutes,  place the dough on a flat surface. Pour 1 tbsp oil and knead for 2-3 minutes.
  • Brush it with oil from the top and knead again. Finally, the soft dough is ready.
  • Sprinkle some maida and place the dough. Apply some maida on fingers and make it flat.
  • Apply half-prepared butter garlic mixture. Spread the cheese corn filling on half of the side.
  • Fold it nicely and press the edges using your fingers.
  • Place the baking paper on the baking tray and grease it. Transfer it to the tray.
  • Apply another half-prepared butter garlic mixture on top. Make cuts using a knife.
  • Place it in the preheated oven and bake it at 190 degrees celsius for 30 minutes.
  • Finally, enjoy garlic bread with tomato ketchup.
