How To Make Jamun Bites With Step By Step Photo

  1. Firstly, take a bowl and place a sieve in it. Put a muslin cloth over it.

2. Pour 1 cup of curd and put some weight on it till all the extra water is drained out.

3. Take ½ kg of jamun and wash them properly.

4. Remove the seeds and collect the pulp. Transfer the pulp to a mixer jar.

5. Add 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp milk powder, and blend everything well.

6. After blending, the thick and smooth jamun puree is ready.

7. After a few hours, the hung curd is ready.

8. Transfer the hung curd to a bowl and add jamun puree.

9. Give it a good mix and make it lump-free.

10. Take a plate and place parchment paper over it. Add 1 tbsp prepared mixture at a certain distance.
