Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup curd
  • ½ kg jamun
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 48 pumpkin seeds

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take a bowl and place a sieve in it. Put a muslin cloth over it.
  • Pour 1 cup of curd and put some weight on it till all the extra water is drained out.
  • Take ½ kg of jamun and wash them properly.
  • Remove the seeds and collect the pulp. Transfer the pulp to a mixer jar.
  • Add 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp milk powder, and blend everything well.
  • After blending, the thick and smooth jamun puree is ready.
  • After a few hours, the hung curd is ready.
  • Transfer the hung curd to a bowl and add jamun puree.
  • Give it a good mix and make it lump-free.
  • Take a plate and place parchment paper over it. Add 1 tbsp prepared mixture at a certain distance.
  • Shape it in the form of bites. Place 4 pumpkin seeds over each bite and freeze for 8 hours.
  • Finally, enjoy delicious jamun bites.
