2. Collect all the pulp by removing it from the outer layer.

3. Now, take a mixer jar and add mango pulp, 3 tbsp sugar, and 3 tbsp milk powder.

4. Also, add ½ cup malai OR fresh cream, 1 cup milk, and blend it.

5. After blending thick and creamy mango puree is ready.

6. Transfer it into a container in which we want to set it and cover it from the top.

7. Freeze it for 3 hours.

8. After 3 hours, scoop it out. Transfer it to a mixer jar to blend it again for a smooth and creamy texture.

9. Transfer it to a container and cover it.

10. Freeze it again for 5-6 hours or until completely set.
