Firstly, take 3 properly washed mangoes and remove the tops.
Collect all the pulp by removing it from the outer layer.
Now, take a mixer jar and add mango pulp, 3 tbsp sugar, and 3 tbsp milk powder.
Also, add ½ cup malai OR fresh cream, 1 cup milk, and blend it.
After blending thick and creamy mango puree is ready.
Transfer it into a container in which we want to set it and cover it from the top.
Freeze it for 3 hours.
After 3 hours, scoop it out. Transfer it to a mixer jar to blend it again for a smooth and creamy texture.
Transfer it to a container and cover it.
Freeze it again for 5-6 hours or until completely set.
Finally, enjoy mango ice cream by garnishing it with chopped pistachios.
