Ingredients
  

  • 3 mangoes properly washed
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk powder
  • ½ cup malai / fresh cream
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take 3 properly washed mangoes and remove the tops.
  • Collect all the pulp by removing it from the outer layer.
  • Now, take a mixer jar and add mango pulp, 3 tbsp sugar, and 3 tbsp milk powder.
  • Also, add ½ cup malai OR fresh cream, 1 cup milk, and blend it.
  • After blending thick and creamy mango puree is ready.
  • Transfer it into a container in which we want to set it and cover it from the top.
  • Freeze it for 3 hours.
  • After 3 hours, scoop it out. Transfer it to a mixer jar to blend it again for a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Transfer it to a container and cover it.
  • Freeze it again for 5-6 hours or until completely set.
  • Finally, enjoy mango ice cream by garnishing it with chopped pistachios.
