Mango Popsicles | Mango Recipes | Mango Ice Cream – Easy Sweets Recipe with step-by-step photo and video instructions. These mango-based frozen treats are very popular during summer and are similar to classic kulfi or fruit popsicles but with a unique, creamy texture and surprise candy twist. This is another way of using fresh mangoes to create an easy, refreshing, and tempting dessert that is quick to make and perfect to beat the heat.

I always like to add my personal twist to every dessert using simple, fresh ingredients. Make sure to make every dessert look appealing by garnishing it properly. I have tried plenty of traditional kulfi and fruit ice cream recipes, but my recent favorite has to be these mango popsicles. I feel many people stick to plain mango milkshakes or ice creams, so this recipe is a fun and refreshing way to enjoy mangoes differently. One of the best things about this recipe is that it takes no time to prepare and doesn’t need any fancy ingredients. Just freeze some chupa chups, blend the mango mix, and assemble — the result is a colorful, creamy, and irresistibly tempting summer treat.

Moreover, I will share some easy and important tips and tricks while preparing mango popsicles at home. Firstly, make sure to freeze the chupa chups for at least 2 hours so they hold their shape well while pouring the mango mixture. For a creamy and rich texture, use ripe mango pulp and blend it smoothly with curd, condensed milk, and milk powder. Adjust the sweetness by increasing or reducing condensed milk as per your taste. Secondly, always cover the cups properly before freezing to prevent any ice crystals from forming. Thirdly, insert the ice cream sticks in the center while the mixture is still soft. Lastly, let the popsicles freeze for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight for the best results before serving.
