Masala Pav | Street Food | Pav Bhaji Masala | Evening Snacks – Easy Snacks Recipe with step-by-step photo and video instructions. This Mumbai-style pav recipe is very common across India and is quite similar to pav bhaji but with a unique twist and serving style. It is another easy and flavorful way to enjoy buttery pav loaded with spicy masala, making it not only simple to prepare but irresistibly tempting too.

I always like to add my personal touch to every dish using different masalas, so tried different Mumbai street-style snacks. Make sure to make every dish look appealing by garnishing it properly. I will try different pav recipes in the future but my recent go-to dish is the masala pav. I think many people are bored with the same pav bhaji or vada pav recipe, so this recipe can certainly be a new change and a fresh way of enjoying pav. One of the best things about this recipe is that it can be made in no time and does not require any fancy ingredients. Just prepare the masalas and toast the pavs with the prepared masala.

Moreover, I will share some easy and important tips and tricks while preparing masala pav at home. Firstly, in this post, I have prepared the flavorful masala mixture first using onions, tomatoes, and spices, and then topped it generously over the pav directly on the tawa itself for that authentic Mumbai street-style touch. For a quick and easy option, you can even stuff the masala between the pav and toast both sides evenly. Secondly, don’t forget to garnish it with fresh coriander and chopped onions to make it look tempting. Thirdly, this recipe pairs perfectly with extra lemon wedges and green chutney for added zing. Lastly, it tastes best when served hot and fresh, but you can lightly re-toast it in a pan before serving if needed.
