Firstly, in a large pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp butter, and 1 tsp jeera.
Keeping the flame at medium, add 2 medium-sized chopped onions.
Now, add 1 chopped capsicum and 1 tsp chopped green chilli. Keep stirring continuously and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Further, add 2 medium-sized chopped tomatoes and stir well.
Cover and let it cook for 3-4 minutes or until the tomatoes get soft.
After 3-4 minutes, mash the tomatoes properly.
Also, add ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala, and mix everything well.
Add 2-3 tbsp water, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, and give it a good mix.
Turn off the flame and keep aside.
Take 2 pav and cut them horizontally.
Heat a tawa & add 1 tsp butter, 2 tbsp prepared masala. Spread it on the whole tawa and sprinkle some coriander.
Place the pav and coat the masala well over it.
Flip it and add grated paneer over it.
Coat the masala well on the other side and fold it. Sprinkle some grated paneer and chopped coriander over the top.
Finally, enjoy masala pav with green chutney.
