How To Make Orange Posset With Step By Step Photo

  1. Firstly, grate 1 orange for zest and transfer it to a bowl.

2. Now take another 2 oranges and cut them in half. Scoop out the pulp and mash it using a spoon and strain it.

3. Collect the juice in a bottle and keep it aside.

4. Take a large pan and add 1 cup fresh cream, 2 tbsp sugar, salt a pinch & ½ tsp vanilla essence.

5. Keep the flame low and stir continuously.

6. Also, add a pinch of turmeric and 2 tbsp milk powder and mix well.

7. Cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add half of the orange zest and mix.
