Firstly, grate 1 orange for zest and transfer it in a bowl.
Now take another 2 oranges and cut them in half. Scoop out the pulp and mash it using a spoon and strain it.
Collect the juice in a bottle and keep it aside.
Take a large pan and add 1 cup fresh cream, 2 tbsp sugar, salt a pinch & ½ tsp vanilla essence.
Keep the flame low and stir continuously.
Also, add a pinch of turmeric and 2 tbsp milk powder and mix well.
Cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add half of the orange zest and mix.
After turning the flame off, add orange juice and give it a good mix.
Transfer the prepared liquid to a container.
Arrange the orange peel cups on the tray and fill them with the prepared liquid.
Refrigerate them overnight.
Finally, enjoy orange posset by garnishing it with orange zest.
