How To Make Pan Fried Momos With Step By Step Photo
- Firstly, in a bowl, add 1 cup maida, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp water, and combine everything well.

15. Pour water into a pan and heat it. Place the steaming plate over it and grease it.

16. Place the momos and brush them with oil. Cover and steam them for 10 minutes at low flame.

17. Heat ½ tbsp oil in the pan and spread it. Place the steamed momos.

18. Flip and roast both sides until golden brown and crisp.

19. Turn off the flame as crispy momos are ready.
