Firstly, in a bowl, add 1 cup maida, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp water, and combine everything well.
Also, add 1 tsp water and knead well to form a soft dough.
Dough is ready. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Take a hand chopper and add ½ roughly chopped each onion, carrot, and cauliflower.
Add ½ cup sweet corn, 5 garlic cloves, and chop everything well.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add chopped veggies. Cook for 1-2 minutes at medium flame.
Add ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp oregano, and mix. Keep stirring and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Stuffing is ready. Turn off the flame, transfer it to a bowl, and keep it aside.
After 10 minutes, divide the dough into equal parts.
Take one part and give it a round shape using your hands.
Sprinkle some maida on the surface and make it as thin as possible using a rolling pin.
Cut it into a round shape using a mould and remove the extra sides.
Fill it with the prepared stuffing and give it the shape of momo as shown.
Perfectly shaped momo is ready. Similarly, prepare the other ones for steaming.
Pour water into a pan and heat it. Place the steaming plate over it and grease it.
Place the momos and brush them with oil. Cover and steam them for 10 minutes at low flame.
Heat ½ tbsp oil in the pan and spread it. Place the steamed momos.
Flip and roast both sides until golden brown and crisp.
Turn off the flame as crispy momos are ready.
Finally, enjoy pan fried momos with tomato ketchup.
