These pav-based snack recipes are popular across India and are similar to the flavours of pav bhaji or masala pav, but presented in a bite-sized slider style. This is another creative way of using pav to make a quick and tasty snack that looks appealing. These pav sliders are not only easy and fast to prepare but also irresistibly delicious.

I always like to add my personal touch to every dish using different masalas, so tried experimenting with both South Indian and North Indian snack recipes. Presentation is equally important, so make sure to garnish every dish well to make it look even more tempting. I will continue trying new pav-based snack ideas in the future, but my recent absolute favourite has been these pav sliders. Many people might be bored of eating the same pav bhaji or masala pav, so this recipe is definitely a refreshing twist and a unique way of enjoying pav snacks. One of the best things about this recipe is that it comes together in no time and does not require any fancy or hard-to-find ingredients. Just prepare the flavorful filling, assemble the pav layers, and toast them to perfection for a delicious treat.

Moreover, I will share some easy and important tips and tricks while preparing pav sliders at home. Firstly, in this recipe, I have layered the pav in the classic slider style, but you can experiment by cutting them into smaller bite-size portions or even serving them open-faced. Secondly, don’t forget to garnish the mixture or the top layer with fresh coriander to make the sliders look even more appealing. Thirdly, this recipe tastes amazing on its own, but to complete the meal, you can serve it with spicy green chutney, tomato ketchup, or any dip of your choice. Lastly, the prepared sliders can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 day. You may have to reheat them on a tawa for 1–2 minutes or microwave them briefly to refresh the melted cheese before serving.
