How To Make Peri Peri Rice With Step By Step Photo

  1. Firstly, take some water in a bowl and add 1 cup basmati rice. Wash them properly 2-3 times.

2. Heat 3 cup water in a pan and add washed rice. Keep the flame on high, cover, and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.

3. After 2-3 minutes, once it starts boiling, turn the flame to low. Cover again and let it cook for 10 minutes.

4. After 10 minutes, the rice is perfectly boiled. Turn off the flame.

5. Remove the extra water from the rice and keep it aside.

6. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic and stir well.

7. Add 1 tsp chopped green & red chilli, 1 medium-sized chopped onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes at medium flame.

8. Add 2 tbsp diced paneer, 1 tsp each peri peri masala, oregano, chili flakes, and mix everything well.

9. Also, add 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn and mix.

10. Further, add boiled rice, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp water, and give it a good mix.
