Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp green and red chilli chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp paneer diced
  • 1 tsp peri peri masala
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn boiled
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp water sprinkle

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take some water in a bowl and add 1 cup basmati rice. Wash them properly 2-3 times.
  • Heat 3 cup water in a pan and add washed rice. Keep the flame on high, cover, and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
  • After 2-3 minutes, once it starts boiling, turn the flame to low. Cover again and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, the rice is perfectly boiled. Turn off the flame.
  • Remove the extra water from the rice and keep it aside.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic and stir well.
  • Add 1 tsp chopped green & red chilli, 1 medium-sized chopped onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes at medium flame.
  • Add 2 tbsp diced paneer, 1 tsp each peri peri masala, oregano, chili flakes, and mix everything well.
  • Also, add 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn and mix.
  • Further, add boiled rice, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp water, and give it a good mix.
  • Turn off the flame after being perfectly cooked.
  • Finally, enjoy delicious and spicy peri peri rice.
