10. Masala is perfectly cooked. Turn off the flame. Transfer it to a mixer jar and blend it.

11. After blending, transfer it to a bowl and keep aside.

12. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and add the prepared mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes at medium flame.

13. Add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 cup cream, 1 cheese slice, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp oregano, and mix.

14. Add boiled pasta, ½ cup boiled pasta water, and give it a good mix.

15. Cook for 2-3 minutes at high flame. After being perfectly cooked, turn off the flame.

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 cup cream or malai
  • 1 cheese slice
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • grated cheese for garnishing
