Firstly, in a pan, heat some water. Add 1 cup pasta, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt, and mix well.
Keeping the flame high, let it boil for 5-8 minutes.
After 5-8 minutes, the pasta is perfectly boiled. Turn off the flame.
Immediately remove them from the hot water and transfer them to cold water.
Remove them from cold water, transfer them to a bowl, and keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 4 garlic cloves and 1 roughly chopped onion.
Keeping the flame medium, cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add 2 roughly chopped tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
Add 1 tsp each salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, black pepper, oregano, and mix everything well.
Masala is perfectly cooked. Turn off the flame. Transfer it to a mixer jar and blend it.
After blending, transfer it to a bowl and keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and add the prepared mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes at medium flame.
Add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 cup cream, 1 cheese slice, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp oregano, and mix.
Add boiled pasta, ½ cup boiled pasta water, and give it a good mix.
Cook for 2-3 minutes at high flame. After being perfectly cooked, turn off the flame.
Finally, enjoy delicious peri peri sauce pasta.
