How To Make Potato Dumplings With Step By Step Photo
- Firstly, take some water in a bowl and 1 cup basmati rice.
2. Wash them properly and remove them from the water.
3. Add some water and soak the rice for 30 minutes.
4. After 30 minutes, rinse the extra water.
5. Take 2 boiled and peeled potatoes in a bowl and mash them nicely.
6. Add 1 cup chopped onion, 1 cup grated paneer, 1 tsp grated ginger, and 1 tbsp chopped coriander.
7. Add ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp schezwan chutney, and mix everything well.
8. Take a small portion of the mixture and combine it well to give it a round shape.
9. Coat it well using soaked rice, and similarly prepare the other ones.
10. Heat some water in a pan and place the steaming plate over it. Arrange the dumplings on it.
11. Cover and steam for 10 minutes at high flame.
12. After 10 minutes, turn off the flame.
