Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 2 potatoes boiled and peeled
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup paneer grated
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp coriander chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp schezwan chutney

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take some water in a bowl and 1 cup basmati rice.
  • Wash them properly and remove them from the water.
  • Add some water and soak the rice for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, rinse the extra water.
  • Take 2 boiled and peeled potatoes in a bowl and mash them nicely.
  • Add 1 cup chopped onion, 1 cup grated paneer, 1 tsp grated ginger, and 1 tbsp chopped coriander.
  • Add ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp schezwan chutney, and mix everything well.
  • Take a small portion of the mixture and combine it well to give it a round shape.
  • Coat it well using soaked rice, and similarly prepare the other ones.
  • Heat some water in a pan and place the steaming plate over it. Arrange the dumplings on it.
  • Cover and steam for 10 minutes at high flame.
  • After 10 minutes, turn off the flame.
  • Finally, enjoy delicious potato dumplings with tomato ketchup.
