How To Make Spinach Corn Sandwich With Step By Step Photo
- Firstly, take a bowl, place a sieve on it, and put a muslin cloth over it.

2. Pour ½ cup curd and put some weight until all the extra water is drained.

3. Pour 1 cup of water into a pan and add ½ cup of sweet corn. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes.

4. After boiling, transfer it to a blender and coarsely blend it.

5. Now transfer the blended corn to a bowl and keep aside.

6. Take 100 grams of spinach. Wash it properly 2-3 times and roughly chop it.

7. Transfer it to a pan and keep the flame at medium. Stir well for 2-3 minutes to let it dry.

8. After it shrinks, add blended sweet corn. Combine well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

9. Turn off the flame and transfer it to a bowl. Let it cool completely.

10. After a few hours, the hung curd is ready.

11. Transfer it to a bowl, add ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp oregano, and give it a good mix.

12. Now take 4 bread slices.

13. Take 1 slice, spread the prepared mixture over it, and cover it with another slice. Similarly, prepare the other sandwich.

14. Heat a tawa and spread oil over it. Place the bread sandwich and apply oil on top.

15. Roast both sides until golden brown and remove it from the tawa. Similarly, prepare the other sandwich.

16. Cut it from the centre in two equal parts.
