Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup curd
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup sweet corn
  • 100 gram spinach
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 4 bread slices brown

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take a bowl, place a sieve on it, and put a muslin cloth over it.
  • Pour ½ cup curd and put some weight until all the extra water is drained.
  • Pour 1 cup of water into a pan and add ½ cup of sweet corn. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
  • After boiling, transfer it to a blender and coarsely blend it.
  • Now transfer the blended corn to a bowl and keep aside.
  • Take 100 grams of spinach. Wash it properly 2-3 times and roughly chop it.
  • Transfer it to a pan and keep the flame at medium. Stir well for 2-3 minutes to let it dry.
  • After it shrinks, add blended sweet corn. Combine well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Turn off the flame and transfer it to a bowl. Let it cool completely.
  • After a few hours, the hung curd is ready.
  • Transfer it to a bowl, add ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp oregano, and give it a good mix.
  • Now take 4 bread slices.
  • Take 1 slice, spread the prepared mixture over it, and cover it with another slice. Similarly, prepare the other sandwich.
  • Heat a tawa and spread oil over it. Place the bread sandwich and apply oil on top.
  • Roast both sides until golden brown and remove it from the tawa. Similarly, prepare the other sandwich.
  • Cut it from the centre in two equal parts.
  • Finally, enjoy a spinach corn sandwich with tomato ketchup.
