How To Make Strawberry Pudding With Step By Step Photo
- Firstly, take 6-7 strawberries, remove the tops, and cut them into small pieces.
2. Transfer them to the mixer jar and grind them.
3. After grinding, the strawberry puree is ready. Keep it aside.
4. In a bowl, add 1 cup milk, 5 tbsp corn flour, and whisk properly. Make it lump-free and keep it aside.
5. Set a pan, add 1 cup milk, ½ cup condensed milk, prepared strawberry puree, and mix well.
6. Cook for 2-3 minutes at high flame and keep stirring continuously.
7. Whisk the slurry properly before pouring, and keep stirring while pouring the slurry.
8. Cook for 2-3 minutes at low flame until smooth. Keep stirring continuously and make it lump-free.
9. After it is perfectly thick, turn off the flame.
10. Immediately transfer it to a mould in which we want to set and tap to remove the bubbles.
11. Cool it at room temperature and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
12. After refrigerating, demould it carefully. Garnish it with the strawberry slice from the top.
13. Finally, enjoy delicious strawberry pudding.
