Firstly, take 6-7 strawberries, remove the tops, and cut them into small pieces.
Transfer them to the mixer jar and grind them.
After grinding, the strawberry puree is ready. Keep it aside.
In a bowl, add 1 cup milk, 5 tbsp corn flour, and whisk properly. Make it lump-free and keep it aside.
Set a pan, add 1 cup milk, ½ cup condensed milk, prepared strawberry puree, and mix well.
Cook for 2-3 minutes at high flame and keep stirring continuously.
Whisk the slurry properly before pouring, and keep stirring while pouring the slurry.
Cook for 2-3 minutes at low flame until smooth. Keep stirring continuously and make it lump-free.
After it is perfectly thick, turn off the flame.
Immediately transfer it to a mould in which we want to set and tap to remove the bubbles.
Cool it at room temperature and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
After refrigerating, demould it carefully. Garnish it with the strawberry slice from the top.
Finally, enjoy delicious strawberry pudding.
