These soft and flavorful buns are a popular choice for quick homemade snacks and are quite different from regular pav or stuffed bread rolls. This recipe offers a delicious and creative way to use simple pantry ingredients to make a comforting snack that is not only easy and quick to prepare but also incredibly tempting and satisfying.

I always love adding my personal touch to every recipe, so tried experimenting with different stuffing ideas inspired by both Indian and fusion flavors. Make sure to make every bun look appealing by shaping them evenly and garnishing them well before baking. I will try more creative bun variations in the future, but my recent go-to snack has definitely been these stuffed buns. Many people get bored of the same old bread or pav-based snacks, so this recipe is a refreshing change and a fun new way to enjoy homemade stuffed bread. One of the best things about this recipe is that it comes together very quickly and does not require any fancy ingredients. Just prepare the soft dough, make the creamy stuffing, and bake the buns until golden—simple, easy, and absolutely delicious.

Moreover, I will share some easy and important tips and tricks while preparing stuffed buns at home. Firstly, in this recipe, I have shaped the dough into round buns, but you can shape them however you like—oval or mini bite-size buns. For an easier option, simply flatten the dough and fold it over the stuffing like a pocket. Secondly, don’t forget to brush the buns with a little oil and garnish them with coriander and chilli flakes to make them look more appealing. Thirdly, the recipe tastes amazing on its own, but you can always serve the buns with ketchup or any side of your choice. Lastly, these buns can be stored in an airtight container once cooled and stay fresh for up to a day. You may warm them in the oven or microwave for a few seconds to bring back their soft and fluffy texture before serving.

  • Furthermore, brushing the buns with oil before baking improves their flavor and gives them a golden appearance.
  • Finally, it tastes best when prepared in medium sizes, ensuring the balance of soft dough and creamy stuffing.
