  1. Firstly, take a bowl and place a sieve on it. Put a muslin cloth over it.

2. Pour 1 cup of curd and put some weight over it till all the extra water is drained out.

4. Take 1 sweet potato and cut it in half from the centre. Place it on the plate with 2 potatoes.

5. Cover and steam for 10 minutes at high flame.

7. Remove the outer covering and cut them into small pieces.

11. Take a mixer jar. Add 3 tbsp coriander, 2 green chilli, 1 inch ginger, and ½ cup roasted peanuts.

12. Squeeze half a lemon, add ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp curd, and blend everything well.

13. After a few hours, the hung curd is ready. Transfer it to a bowl and add the prepared chutney.
