Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 cup maida
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 cup milk
  • 10-15 apple slices for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take a cake tin and grease it. Place the baking paper in it, grease it, and keep it aside.
  • Take a chopper, add 2 roughly chopped apples, and blend them properly.
  • After blending, the apple puree is ready. Keep it aside.
  • Take a bowl and place a sieve on it. Add 2 cup maida, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, and sieve it.
  • Add apple puree, ½ cup oil, ½ cup honey, 1 cup milk, and whisk everything well.
  • Set the consistency of the batter and make it lump-free.
  • After perfect consistency is formed, transfer the batter to the cake tin.
  • Tap to remove the bubbles and garnish it with the apple slices.
  • Place it in a preheated oven and bake it at 150 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
  • After baking, let it cool completely, and demould carefully.
  • Remove the baking paper and flip it.
  • Finally, enjoy a delicious apple cake.
