Firstly, in a bowl add 1 cup milk and ¾ cup powdered sugar.
Whisk properly to make it lumps free.
Now take a mixer jar and add 2 cups of suji.
Grind it properly and transfer it to a large bowl.
Further add ½ cup atta, ¼ cup dessicated coconut, 2 tbsp milk powder, salt a pinch and mix everything well.
Also, add ¼ cup desi ghee and combine well.
Now pour the prepared milk over it and give it a good mix.
After combining rest it for 5 minutes.
As the milk gets completely absorbed, knead well to form a dough without adding any extra water. It will take 4-5 minutes.
Prepare small-sized balls without any cracks and press gently to form a cookie.
Place the baking paper on a baking tray and arrange the cookies over it. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes or until the cookies are well cooked.
After 15 minutes, carefully remove the tray from the oven and let the cookies cool down completely.
Finally, enjoy the cookies with chai or coffee.
