Firstly, pour 1 cup of water into a pan and add 2 tbsp of sweet corn. Keeping the flame high, let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
After 2-3 minutes, remove from the hot water and transfer it to a bowl.
Now take 2 bread slices out of which take 1 slice and apply 1 tsp tandoori mayonnaise over it.
Spread 1 tbsp each of chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, and boiled sweet corn over it.
Further, spread 1 tbsp of mozzarella cheese from the top. Similarly, prepare the other slice.
Spread oil in a pan and heat it. Place the bread slice. Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
After 5 minutes, remove it from the pan and similarly prepare the other slice.
Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes for garnishing.
Cut it vertically to form sticks.
