Firstly, heat some water in a pan, and add ½ cup sweet corn.
Let them boil for 2-3 minutes at high flame.
After 2-3 minutes, remove from the water and transfer it to a bowl.
Take a large bowl, add boiled sweet corn, 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, and 1 tsp green chilli.
Add 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 1 cup diced cheese, and 1 tsp white mayonnaise.
Add 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp salt, mix everything well, and keep aside.
Take 2 bread slices, out of which take 1 bread slice and place the cheese slice over it.
Apply the prepared mixture on it and spread the diced cheese. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.
Garnish it with chopped spring onions and similarly prepare the other slice.
Heat a tawa and spread oil over it. Place the prepared slice on it with some water for steaming.
Cover and let it cook on a low flame until the cheese melts.
After 5-7 minutes, remove it from the tawa and similarly prepare the other slice.
Cut it from the centre to give it a triangular shape.
Finally, enjoy delicious cheese chilli toast.
