Firstly, add 2 boiled potatoes to a bowl. Mash them properly and keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1 chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chilli. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, mashed potatoes, and mix everything well.
Add 1 tsp Schezwan chutney, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, and give it a good mix.
Turn off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.
Take 1 prepared chapati. Add the prepared aloo filling and 3 tbsp of mozzarella cheese, then roll it nicely.
Heat 1 tbsp oil and place the roll on the tawa. Keeping the flame on low to medium, apply oil on top.
Roast both sides until golden brown and turn off the flame.
Remove it from the tawa and cut it from the centre.
Finally, enjoy the delicious cheese roll.
