Ingredients
  

For Aloo Stuffing

  • 2 potatoes boiled
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp green chilli chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp schezwan chutney
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

For Cheese Roll

  • 1 chapati prepared
  • 3 tbsp mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, add 2 boiled potatoes to a bowl. Mash them properly and keep aside.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1 chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chilli. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  • Add ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, mashed potatoes, and mix everything well.
  • Add 1 tsp Schezwan chutney, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, and give it a good mix.
  • Turn off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.
  • Take 1 prepared chapati. Add the prepared aloo filling and 3 tbsp of mozzarella cheese, then roll it nicely.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil and place the roll on the tawa. Keeping the flame on low to medium, apply oil on top.
  • Roast both sides until golden brown and turn off the flame.
  • Remove it from the tawa and cut it from the centre.
  • Finally, enjoy the delicious cheese roll.
