Chilli Garlic Maggi is a flavorful, fiery variation of classic Maggi noodles cooked with sautéed garlic and sauces.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup water
  • 2 packets maggi noodles
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp green chilli chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander chopped
  • 2 packets maggi masala
  • tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, in a pan heat 4 cups of water and add 2 packs of maggi noodles.
  • Keeping the flame high, detangle the maggi noodles properly and boil them for 2-3 minutes.
  • Turn off the flame and remove the pan.
  • Immediately transfer the noodles to cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • Remove them from cold water and transfer to a bowl.
  • Also, add 1 tbsp of soya sauce and 1 tbsp red chilli sauce.
  • Mix well and keep aside.
  • Take another bowl and add 2 small-sized chopped onions, 1 tbsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 2 packets of maggi masala, and keep aside.
  • Heat a tadka pan and add 1½ tbsp oil.
  • Keeping the flame high, add 1 tsp chopped garlic.
  • Keep stirring for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, and turn off the flame.
  • Immediately pour the tadka over the onions and mix everything well.
  • Now add the mixture to the maggi noodles and mix it well.
  • Finally, enjoy chilli garlic maggi with tomato ketchup.
