Firstly, in a pan heat 4 cups of water and add 2 packs of maggi noodles.
Keeping the flame high, detangle the maggi noodles properly and boil them for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the flame and remove the pan.
Immediately transfer the noodles to cold water to stop the cooking process.
Remove them from cold water and transfer to a bowl.
Also, add 1 tbsp of soya sauce and 1 tbsp red chilli sauce.
Mix well and keep aside.
Take another bowl and add 2 small-sized chopped onions, 1 tbsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 2 packets of maggi masala, and keep aside.
Heat a tadka pan and add 1½ tbsp oil.
Keeping the flame high, add 1 tsp chopped garlic.
Keep stirring for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, and turn off the flame.
Immediately pour the tadka over the onions and mix everything well.
Now add the mixture to the maggi noodles and mix it well.
Finally, enjoy chilli garlic maggi with tomato ketchup.
