Firstly, take a pan & add 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp water, and heat it.
Keeping the flame at medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
As the color changes, keep stirring until it turns golden brown.
Turn off the flame after being perfectly caramelized.
Immediately transfer it to a container that we want to set and keep aside.
Take a large bowl, add 1½ cups milk, ½ cup condensed milk, 1 tbsp custard powder, and 1 tbsp coffee powder.
Whisk well to make it lump-free.
Transfer it to a pan and keep stirring to heat it.
Keeping the flame on medium, cook for 4-5 minutes to make it lump-free.
Turn off the flame after being perfectly cooked.
Immediately transfer it to the same container and cool it at room temperature.
Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.
After 3-4 hours, demould it carefully on a plate.
Finally, enjoy delicious coffee creme caramel.
