Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp water
  • cup milk
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp custard powder
  • 1 tbsp coffee powder

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take a pan & add 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp water, and heat it.
  • Keeping the flame at medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • As the color changes, keep stirring until it turns golden brown.
  • Turn off the flame after being perfectly caramelized.
  • Immediately transfer it to a container that we want to set and keep aside.
  • Take a large bowl, add 1½ cups milk, ½ cup condensed milk, 1 tbsp custard powder, and 1 tbsp coffee powder.
  • Whisk well to make it lump-free.
  • Transfer it to a pan and keep stirring to heat it.
  • Keeping the flame on medium, cook for 4-5 minutes to make it lump-free.
  • Turn off the flame after being perfectly cooked.
  • Immediately transfer it to the same container and cool it at room temperature.
  • Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.
  • After 3-4 hours, demould it carefully on a plate.
  • Finally, enjoy delicious coffee creme caramel.
