Firstly, take a mixer jar. Add 1 cup corn, 1 cup water, and blend them well.
After blending, make sure the consistency is perfect.
Take a bowl and place a sieve on it. Transfer the blended mixture, then sieve it and keep it aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1 tbsp chopped garlic. Cook for 1 minute at medium flame.
Add 2 tbsp chopped carrot and 2 tbsp chopped capsicum. Stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add 1 cup chopped mushrooms and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1 cup diced paneer, ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper, and mix everything well.
Add sieved corn mixture and mix. Let it boil for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
Sprinkle 1 tsp chopped fresh coriander and give it a good mix.
After being perfectly cooked, turn off the flame.
Finally, enjoy delicious corn soup.
