Firstly, in a bowl, add 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic.
Add 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp chilli flakes, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
Take 2 bread slices out of which take one bread slice.
Place the cheese slice over it and sprinkle some oregano on it.
Cover it with another bread slice and spread the prepared butter mixture on it.
Place the spreaded side on a heated tawa.
Keeping the flame on low-medium, spread the mixture on the other side.
Cook from both sides until golden brown and flip it.
Turn off the flame and remove it from the tawa.
Cut them into long sticks.
Finally, enjoy delicious garlic breadsticks.
