Ingredients
  

For Cake Base

  • cup maida
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup curd
  • ¾ cup condensed milk
  • tsp vanilla essence
  • ¾ cup milk

For Mango Flavored Milk

  • 1 alphonso mango
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, grease the cake tin properly.
  • Place the baking paper over it. Grease it too and keep aside.
  • Now, take a bowl and place a sieve over it.
  • Add 1½ cups maida, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, and sieve them.
  • Also, add ½ cup oil, ½ cup curd, ¾ cup condensed milk, and 1½ tsp vanilla essence.
  • Further add ¾ cup of milk to the whole batter and whisk everything well.
  • Use the milk in batches to set the consistency of the mixture. Also, make the batter lump-free.
  • Transfer the batter into the cake tin and tap 2-3 times to remove the bubbles.
  • Place it in a preheated oven and bake it at 150 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
  • Now take 1 Alphonse mango. Cut it from the sides and collect all the pulp.
  • Transfer it to a mixer jar. Add 1 cup of milk, 3 tbsp of condensed milk, and blend it.
  • After blending, thick and creamy mango-flavored milk is ready.
  • After baking, let it cool completely.
  • Separate it from the sides and demould carefully.
  • Remove the baking paper and flip the cake carefully.
  • Make equal cuts using a knife and soak them in mango-flavored milk.
  • Garnish it with mango cubes and cherries on top.
  • Finally, enjoy a delicious mango milk cake.
