Firstly, grease the cake tin properly.
Place the baking paper over it. Grease it too and keep aside.
Now, take a bowl and place a sieve over it.
Add 1½ cups maida, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, and sieve them.
Also, add ½ cup oil, ½ cup curd, ¾ cup condensed milk, and 1½ tsp vanilla essence.
Further add ¾ cup of milk to the whole batter and whisk everything well.
Use the milk in batches to set the consistency of the mixture. Also, make the batter lump-free.
Transfer the batter into the cake tin and tap 2-3 times to remove the bubbles.
Place it in a preheated oven and bake it at 150 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
Now take 1 Alphonse mango. Cut it from the sides and collect all the pulp.
Transfer it to a mixer jar. Add 1 cup of milk, 3 tbsp of condensed milk, and blend it.
After blending, thick and creamy mango-flavored milk is ready.
After baking, let it cool completely.
Separate it from the sides and demould carefully.
Remove the baking paper and flip the cake carefully.
Make equal cuts using a knife and soak them in mango-flavored milk.
Garnish it with mango cubes and cherries on top.
Finally, enjoy a delicious mango milk cake.
