Firstly, heat some water in a pan and add 1 packet of maggi noodles.
Keeping the flame at a high boil for 2-3 minutes, and detangle the noodles properly.
After being perfectly cooked, turn off the flame and remove the pan.
Immediately remove from hot water and transfer them to cold water to stop the cooking process.
Remove them from cold water. Perfectly cooked noodles are ready. Keep them aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic and 1 tsp chopped green chilli.
Keeping the flame at medium cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add 1 small-sized chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1 small-sized chopped tomato and keep stirring for 1-2 minutes.
Add ½ tsp each salt, turmeric, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and 1 packet maggi masala.
Mix everything well and mash the tomatoes nicely.
Add 2 tbsp boiled green peas, 2 tbsp water, and mix well.
Add boiled maggi noodles and give it a good mix.
After being perfectly cooked, turn off the flame.
Finally, enjoy delicious masala maggi.
