First, in a large pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, then place a bread slice on it. Keep the flame on low-medium.
Apply oil on top and flip. Roast both sides until golden brown and crisp.
Remove it from the pan and keep it aside. Similarly, roast another bread slice.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in the same pan and add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped green chilli.
Cook for 1 minute by keeping the flame at medium.
Add 2 tbsp chopped onion and cook for 1 minute.
Add 1 cup sliced mushroom and cook for 4-5 minutes until the colour is slightly changed.
Add ½ tsp each oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt and mix everything well.
Add 1 tsp maida and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp grated cheese, and mix well.
The thick and creamy mixture is ready. Turn off the flame.
Place the roasted slices, apply the mixture on both slices and garnish them with coriander leaves.
Finally, enjoy delicious mushroom toast.
