Ingredients
  

  • 2 bread slices brown
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp green chilli chopped
  • 2 tbsp onion chopped
  • 1 cup mushroom sliced
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp maida
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp cheese grated
  • 10 coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • First, in a large pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, then place a bread slice on it. Keep the flame on low-medium.
  • Apply oil on top and flip. Roast both sides until golden brown and crisp.
  • Remove it from the pan and keep it aside. Similarly, roast another bread slice.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in the same pan and add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped green chilli.
  • Cook for 1 minute by keeping the flame at medium.
  • Add 2 tbsp chopped onion and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add 1 cup sliced mushroom and cook for 4-5 minutes until the colour is slightly changed.
  • Add ½ tsp each oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt and mix everything well.
  • Add 1 tsp maida and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp grated cheese, and mix well.
  • The thick and creamy mixture is ready. Turn off the flame.
  • Place the roasted slices, apply the mixture on both slices and garnish them with coriander leaves.
  • Finally, enjoy delicious mushroom toast.
