Firstly, take a bowl, add 100 g desi ghee and 100 g powdered sugar.
Add 1 tsp cardamom powder and 10-12 kesar strands. Whisk it for 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
Add 120 g maida, 30 g sooji, 30 g besan, and combine well using a spatula.
Add ¾ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda, give it a good mix, and combine it using your hands.
Add 4-5 tsp milk in batches and knead well to form a soft dough.
Take a small portion of the dough, give it a round shape, and gently press it to make it flat.
Make cut marks using a knife and garnish it with chopped pistachios.
Place it in a preheated oven and bake it at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, let it cool completely, and remove it from the baking sheet.
