Firstly, take 3 papads.
Now, keeping the flame at medium, heat a papad on the tawa. Roast both sides properly until crispy.
Immediately fold it into the shape of tacos for a few seconds, and similarly prepare the other ones.
Pour 1 cup of water into a pan and add 2 tbsp of sweet corn. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
After boiling, remove from the hot water and transfer it to a bowl.
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp each of chopped cucumber, onion, tomato, boiled sweet corn, moong dal, channa dal, and aloo bhujia.
Also, add ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp red chilli powder, squeeze ½ lemon, and give it a good mix.
Arrange roasted papad on a serving plate and add prepared filling in each. Sprinkle some nylon sev over each.
Garnish it with white mayonnaise and curry leaves on top.
Finally, enjoy delicious and crispy papad tacos.
