Firstly, in a large pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and green chili.
Cook for 1 minute and keep the flame at medium.
Add 1 medium-sized chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes.
Add 1 medium-sized chopped tomato, mix, and cook for 1 minute.
Add ½ tsp kashmiri red chili, ½ tsp salt, ½ chopped capsicum, and stir well for 2 minutes.
Add 1 tsp each tomato ketchup, pizza pasta sauce, and white mayonnaise, and mix everything well.
Add 2 tbsp diced paneer, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, and give it a good mix.
After being perfectly cooked, turn off the flame.
Take 2 prepared rotis out of which take 1 roti. Apply 1 tsp pizza pasta sauce over it.
Spread ½ prepared filling on half of the roti and add 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese on it.
Cover it with another half side and similarly prepare the other one.
Spread 1 tbsp oil on a tawa and place the prepared roti on it.
Apply oil on top and flip it. Roast both sides until golden brown.
After being perfectly cooked, remove it from the tawa. Similarly, prepare the other taco.
Finally, enjoy delicious roti tacos.
