Firstly, take ½ kg singharas and peel them nicely.
Wash them properly and remove them from the water.
Cut them into slices and keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add ½ tsp jeera, ¼ tsp hing, and roast everything well.
Add 10-12 curry leaves, 2 sliced green chilli, ½ tsp jeera powder, and mix well.
Also, add sliced singharas, ½ tsp salt, and mix everything well.
Cover and let it cook for 5-8 minutes or until soft on medium flame.
After 5-8 minutes, squeeze ½ lemon, add 1 tbsp chopped coriander, and give it a good mix.
Turn off the flame as they are perfectly cooked.
