Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg singharas
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp jeera
  • ¼ tsp hing
  • 10-12 curry leaves
  • 2 green chilli sliced
  • ½ tps jeera powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ lemon squeeze
  • 1 tbsp coriander chopped

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take ½ kg singharas and peel them nicely.
  • Wash them properly and remove them from the water.
  • Cut them into slices and keep aside.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add ½ tsp jeera, ¼ tsp hing, and roast everything well.
  • Add 10-12 curry leaves, 2 sliced green chilli, ½ tsp jeera powder, and mix well.
  • Also, add sliced singharas, ½ tsp salt, and mix everything well.
  • Cover and let it cook for 5-8 minutes or until soft on medium flame.
  • After 5-8 minutes, squeeze ½ lemon, add 1 tbsp chopped coriander, and give it a good mix.
  • Turn off the flame as they are perfectly cooked.
  • Finally, enjoy delicious singhara recipe.
